Cooking Black Sticky Rice
1. Place rice in bowl, cover well with water, cover, stand overnight; drain.
2. Add rice to pan of boling water, simmer, uncovered about 15 minutes, Or until tender, drain.
3. Combine rice, Coconut milk, palm sugar in pan, simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes or until thickened to porridge like consistency
Serve drizzled with a little coconut cream
