Hakubaku : Somen
Stir-fry meat and vegetables with sauce, add Somen Noodles and heat through.
Place prepared Somen Noodles in a bowl and pour over your favourite heated soup with meat, vegetables, dumplings or broth.
Add cooled Somen Noodles to chopped salad vegetables and add preferred dressing.
Wheat Flour 98%, Salt 2%, Water
Simple to prepare…
– Cooking Somen in rapid boiling water for 4 minutes (Salt or oil is not needed)
– Drain, then rinse well with cold water. Drain again. Hint : To reheat, briefly submerge in hot water.
