Nam Ya Curry Paste 60G
To cook Nam Ya: –
1 – Blend 100g of cooked fish or one canned tuna (140g)
2 – Heat a saucepan and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil together with contents of this packet. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until fragrant.
3 – Add 2 cups coconut milk (480ml). Add the blended fish and bring to a boil.
4 – Add fish sauce to taste. Serve with Vermicelli, pickled leaf mustard, bean sprout and vegetables.
Ingredients: Galingale 57%, Shallot 12%, Salt 9%, Chilli 7.5%, Garlic 7.5%, Lemongrass 5%, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt) 2%.
